Warranty Policy

Treow Interio, having its registered business operations in India (“Treow Interio”, “we”, “us” or “our”) owns and operates the website https://treowinterio.in (“Website”), through which we facilitate the sale of furniture, interior products and related accessories (“Products”) to our customers (“User”, “you”, “your”).

Upon your purchase of Products from Treow Interio and subject to the terms of this Warranty Policy, we provide a limited warranty that the Products shall be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal usage (“Warranty”).

1. Warranty Period

The Warranty period shall commence from the date of delivery of the Product to you.
The applicable warranty duration for each Product shall be clearly mentioned on the respective product detail page.

2. Eligibility

• This Warranty is non-transferable.

• A valid purchase invoice is mandatory to claim warranty.

• Any modification, alteration, relocation, or misuse of the Product after delivery shall void the Warranty.

3. Our Responsibilities

During the Warranty Period, Treow Interio may, at its sole discretion:

(a) Repair the defective Product, or
(b) Replace the defective Product with a similar or equivalent Product, or
(c) Refund the purchase price of the Product.

• For repairs or replacements, the Product will be picked up from the original delivery address and returned after resolution.

• Refunds (for prepaid orders) shall be credited to the original mode of payment after successful pickup and inspection.

4. Exclusions

The Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage due to mishandling, improper installation, excessive load, negligence, or misuse

• Natural variations in wood grain, fabric texture, colour, or finish

• Damage caused due to environmental conditions such as moisture, heat, or humidity

Treow Interio’s decision regarding the applicability of Warranty shall be final.

5. Disclaimer

Treow Interio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the Product. Images shown on the Website are for representation purposes only and minor variations may occur.

6. Governing Law

This Warranty Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made on https://treowinterio.in.

1. Order Cancellation

(a) Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
(b) Once the Product is shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
(c) Made-to-Order / Customised Products cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
(d) Cancellation requests must be raised via email with order details.

Approved refunds shall be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if:

• Product is damaged during transit

• Product is defective or not functional

• Wrong product delivered

• Missing parts or accessories

⏱ Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for return:

• Product must be unused and in original condition

• Original packaging, invoice, tags, and accessories must be intact

• No physical damage caused after delivery

Returns are not accepted for:

• Customised / Made-to-Order products (unless damaged or defective)

• Minor colour or finish variations

• Buyer’s remorse or incorrect selection by customer

Treow Interio reserves the right to inspect the Product before approving a return.

Refund Policy

(a) Refunds are initiated only after inspection and approval.
(b) Refunds are processed within 7 business days after pickup verification.
(c) Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
(d) Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund.
